Replacing an existing fan
Most straight swaps take an hour or less. We confirm the existing box is fan-rated — if it isn't, we replace it so your new fan is safely supported.
New location with no wiring
Adding a fan where there's only a light (or nothing at all) means running new wire and adding a switch leg. We handle the fishing, patching guidance, and switch install.

Can you install the fan I bought online?
Yes — bring any brand, any size. We'll go through the manufacturer instructions and make sure it's mounted and wired correctly.
Do I need a special box for a ceiling fan?
Yes. Fans need a UL-listed fan-rated box. If yours isn't, we'll swap it as part of the install.
